We offer homes in the Anniston, Alabama area including Weaver, Saks, Oxford, Alexandria, Wellington, White Plains, Ohatchee and Lincoln.  Our homes have been completely remodeled!  Normal remodels include a minimum of new paint, floor covering, toilets, lighting, outlets and light switches.  Some remodels additionally include new roofs and HVAC. 
 
We are associated with Silverton Mortgage and go the extra mile to get you approved!  The minimum requirements are a 625 credit score and a 50% debt to income ratio.
